Strawberry Matcha Slushie “Scratch & Win” Promotion — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Critical Banter, ABN 97 398 216 711, in conjunction with The Sneaker Laundry Pty Ltd (“Sneaker Laundry”), ABN 29 619 100 220 (together referred to as the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 7:00 AM AEST on Monday, 22 September 2025 and ends at 4:00 PM AEST on Saturday, 27 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility
Participation is open to residents aged 18 years or over of New South Wales or Victoria. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must purchase a Strawberry Matcha Slushie at one of the following locations during the Promotion Period:

• The Sneaker Laundry, Basement Level 3, Shop 4, 2 Elizabeth Street, Martin Place Metro (Hunter St Entrance), NSW 2000

• The Sneaker Laundry, 26 Katherine Pl, Melbourne VIC 3000
  Each purchase entitles the participant to one (1) scratch-to-win scratch card (“Scratch Card”) at the point of sale.
  Offer available while drink and scratch card stocks last. Scratch Cards will only be distributed during the Promotion Period or until all available scratch cards (maximum 3,000) have been exhausted, whichever occurs first.
  
  

5. Prizes

• A total of up to 3,000 scratch cards will be produced and distributed.

• Scratch cards may also produce a “No Prize” result, in which the participant will receive no prize.

• Prizes are randomly allocated. Odds of winning depend on the number of participants and prize distribution.

• All prize values are inclusive of GST (where applicable).
  Prizes are subject to availability. If stock of a particular prize is exhausted, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value.

6. Claiming a Prize

• Prizes must be claimed by either:

• For Minor Prizes: presenting the winning scratch card to The Sneaker Laundry staff member.

• For Major Prizes: directly messaging the Critical Banter Instagram account with the unique code.

• All prizes must be claimed no later than 4:00 PM AEST on Saturday, 4 October 2025.

• Lost, damaged, or illegible scratch cards will not be accepted.

• Scratch cards and prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
  
  

7. Key Conditions of the Promotion

• This Promotion is conducted as a no-draw lottery in accordance with the applicable laws of New South Wales and Victoria.

• No more than 3,000 scratch cards will be produced or distributed.

• Scratch cards are randomly pre-mixed prior to the Promotion to ensure fairness.

• Only one no-draw lottery may be conducted by the Promoter at any one time.

• Unclaimed or unawarded prizes will not be redrawn or substituted.
  
  

8. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and may disqualify any participant for tampering or non-compliance.

• In the case of misprinted, defective, or ambiguous scratch cards, the Promoter may (at its discretion) honour the prize.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any losses, damages, or delays incurred by participants.

• By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• All times referenced are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
  
  

9. Privacy
Personal information may be collected and used for administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

10. Availability
The Promotion is only available while stocks last. Drink availability and prize stock are limited. Scratch cards will only be issued during the Promotion Period or until all available scratch cards (maximum 3,000) have been distributed, whichever occurs first. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
