Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on all Australian orders over $75. For orders under $75, you'll pay $9.50 for standard shipping.
We provide free international shipping on orders over $150, otherwise you'll pay $39.
Returns
If you change your mind after the purchase, you have 30 days to return the product for a store credit equivalent to your purchase amount, less the cost of shipping.

Refunds (If Applicable)
In the case of a major defect or an applicable situation, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Minor Defects
Have the couriers been throwing your parcels around? Items arrived leaked or damaged?
Just email us at info@thesneakerlaundry.com.au with as many details and photos as possible. We'll have the affected part of your order replaced.
Major Defects
In situations where we have deemed a major defect to have occurred, you will be eligible for your choice of: A refund, Store credit or Replacement of the order.
Loss Of Parcels
The Sneaker Laundry is not liable for parcels that have been lost or misplaced in transit by third party suppliers and/or contractors. This includes but is not limited to all products sold and sneakers sent to and from our locations.
However, where a parcel is deemed lost by the couriers, The Sneaker Laundry will replace your order at our expense. It means the world to us that you still get to experience the joy of cleaning your sneakers! The process to deem a parcel lost may take 7-14 days so please do be patient during this process.
Additional insurance may be provided upon enquiry. We are not liable for the success of the insurance claims but we will help you out with the process.
