How to Use

For a Café-Style Latte:

  1. Add 3–4g (about 1 teaspoon) of Shizuku Culinary Matcha to a bowl or mug.

  2. Pour in 40 ml of hot water (80 °C, not boiling). Whisk until smooth and frothy.

  3. Add 130 ml of milk (dairy or plant-based). Stir or froth together.

  4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy your vibrant green latte.

For Baking & Desserts:

  • Add 1–2 teaspoons per recipe serving (adjust to taste). Works beautifully in cakes, cookies, tiramisu, pancakes, and ice creams.

  • For best results, sift matcha into your dry ingredients for even color and flavor distribution.

Storage: Reseal the 50g tin after each use and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain freshness, colour, and flavour.
