In collaboration with Sendle, The Sneaker Laundry now offers a premium pick up cleaning service. We will have a courier pick up your shoes from your location, deliver them to us and then return it back to you !

Prices INCLUDE 2-WAY SHIPPING!

The service will be a 8 - 10 business day turn around depending on your location due to courier services.

1. Courier services are provided by a third party service provider and The Sneaker Laundry is not liable for any losses or damages incurred during transit.

2. All parcels are insured up to a value of $300. If additional coverage is required, please notify us and this can be facilitated at your cost.

2. If insurance coverage is applicable, it is done so through the third party provider and the determination and outcome of such claims are not the responsibility of The Sneaker Laundry.

3. If the shoes are of significant value, we recommend reaching out to us after checking out to arrange for additional insurance coverage.

Pretty good

I thought the service was fantastic. Loved that the shoes could be picked up and dropped off. I thought the clean was ok. My sneakers were pretty clean but I was kind of expecting them to be cleaner. There were still a few marks that perhaps were too stubborn. Maybe my expectations were too high. I would be interested to know if I had chosen one of the more intensive clean portions if they would have come out looking any better.

One pair of shoes were cleaned. The other pair was not very clean and I personally couldn't tell the difference. Was not updated regarding shipping and timing. I won't use this service again unfortunately. The young man (American I think) who was working was really lovely, helpful and offered me a discount code. This review is not reflective of him.
