Can I cancel anytime?
There is a minimum 3 month period as we would like you to really see the effects of having your shoes cleaned monthly. After that, you may cancel at anytime!
How much notice do I have to give?
No notice! This can be done anytime via the membership portal. Payment will not be deducted on the next payment cycle.
What materials can you clean?
We can clean everythign and anything!
Please note Suede or Nubuck will incur an additional fee of $5 due to the nature of the material.
Can I rollover my credits?
Unfortunately not, our system does not allow for rollover of credits but we highly encourage to get your shoes cleaned monthly anyway! Consistency is key!
